* Film blowing, the first step of quality foundation. We have our own film blowing machine that uses a self-developed formula utilizing polyethylene material and color master batch. It means we are able to control the quality from the first step of production. Also, we purchase raw materials from listed company which ensures the good quality. This way, we can produce qualifed films, which lays a solid foundation for next steps.
* Gumming process to ensure the viscosity. As you may know, stable viscosity is the most difficult part in manufacturing our products. We have done many researches and tests to find the suitable formula for the glue. We can give you right advice as to choose the sticky mats with low, medium or high tackiness.
* Effective Rewinding for no wrinkle and bubble. From the previous two steps, we now have semi-finished products. In the rewinding part, we will put tabs in the mat and make the mat in 30 or 60 layers as per customer’s request. The visual inspection also takes place in this phrase. We will make sure the surface of our finished products are flat, color-evened, free of wrinkle and bubble.
* Precise slicing for perfect appearance. We have our own cutting machine which makes the size accurate. Meanwhile, it helps to cut the mats with no burrs at the edge.
* Professional packaging makes transportation safe. In box packing, corrugated sheet will be put in the box to protect the product. For all our orders, we use pallet and films to wrap the cartons. And corner beads are also used to product the items. In packaging, we are professional and will make the transportation safe for you.
